2. Description of Service

BookMyAdvice provides a platform for experts to offer advice sessions to clients. We do not provide advice ourselves, but facilitate the connection, scheduling, and payment between parties.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy. Generally, sessions cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

5. Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service.
